At DeMarca Brand, we take pride in delivering premium-quality fragrances and ensuring every order arrives in excellent condition. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns for unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Leaking
- Defective
- Incorrect

Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
After review, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Products damaged through misuse or improper storage
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
